This lets you launch swiftly, with no need to train technical staff to handle every eventuality before you launch. And you have the security of knowing the software is installed and managed for you by experienced professionals.
Our fully managed cloud operations are supplied for as long as you need with both our turnkey cloud platform and cloud-in-a-box solutions. You can begin managing the software yourself whenever you feel ready, so you need only pay for as long as you want help.
More than just maintenance
Our fully managed operations are more than just maintenance. Essentially, we manage everything connected with operations for the cloud computing technology, letting you focus on sales, marketing and customer support.
As part of our fully managed cloud, we cover:
- installation: we install the software, and underlying open source components, on your hardware (both virtualization hosts and management server)
- upgrades: we install updates and new releases to the software and open source components
- 24/7 monitoring & remediation: continual monitoring and incident remediation (including reboots if necessary), with alerts of any problems every 5 minutes
- alerts about third-party problems: we alert you about third-party or on-site problems (e.g. hardware failure, data centre issues, connectivity issues)
- backups: we manage platform backups and any system or data recovery required
- hardware advice: we advise you once a month on hardware utilization and requirements for additional hardware
- second-line support: we provide second-line support within 1 business day to your customer service staff when answering end customer queries not answered in our documentation
- any other management issues: we provide any other assistance necessary to keep ElasticStack up and running well
Only pay for as long as you want help
We offer fully managed operations for as long as you need help (see details of our cloud platform pricing), but allow you to take on operational tasks whenever you are ready.
You can therefore opt for a staged reduction in managed operations charges, falling to 0% whenever you feel ready.
